MacKenzie’s dedication to social justice, particularly through economic mobility initiatives for individuals and families historically marginalized and excluded from systems of power and decision-making, is steadfast. She has extensive experience in end-to-end program management, including stakeholder engagement, design, implementation, and scaling of programs aimed at mitigating resource gaps, both domestically and internationally. She holds a Master of Arts in International Development and Global Health from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
